Jamaican Stock Exchange Annual Conference 2020 Sc3 Presents on Guyana

JSE Jamaican Stock Exchange Annual Conference 2020 Steven Jasmin Sc3 Guyana

As Guyana shipped its first 1MM Barrels of oil and became an oil producing nation, Guyana focused Merchant Banker and Asset Manager - Steven Jasmin from Smart City Clearing Company Ltd. presented at the 15th Annual JSE Stock Exchange Conference in Kingston, Jamaica. It was a great conference and I am already looking forward to returning next year. You can find a copy of the presentation below.

I was on a panel titled "The Regional Capital Markets: Using a Strategic Approach to Leveraging Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Businesses" which was hosted by the distinguished Ms. Naomi Francis, Press Secretary, Office of the Prime Prime Minster, Jamaica(not pictured). My fellow panelists included(in order from left to right): Ms. Lamar Harris, VP Regional Wealth Management NCB Capital Markets, Mr. Gerald Wight Chairman of Caribbean Investor Capital ("CIC") & Head of Delegation, Haiti, myself, and Mr. Ishmael Quiroz, Executive Director Economic Development Counsel Office of the Prime Minister Belize.

We had some great questions from the audience and everyone was eager to learn more about investment opportunities outside of Jamaica including Guyana. I intend to share some of the press interviews I did at the conference over the coming weeks.

The Sc3 Team is hard at work developing ways to to connect the Jamaican Stock Exchange which is the world's fastest growing stock market and the Caribbean's newest oil producing nation Guyana which has recently been named the fastest growing economy in the world as declared by NASDAQ and the International Monetary Fund.

Please contact me if you have any questions or would like to schedule an investor visit to Guyana. I would love to share with you the endless opportunities as one of the poorest countries in the Caribbean, Central, and South America continues along its path of transitioning to become one of the wealthiest countries in the hemisphere.
